Working at M.A.C?

Despite how poorly treated I usually am at their stores, I have an interest in working at M.A.C. I am currently 16, and have a big passion for all things makeup. But then I always wonder if working there is worth it.
Anyone know how working there is like? Is it worth it? And how did/do you work your way up? Thanks! ❤

I work at MAC and i love it! If you have a passion for make up then this would be an amazing experience , but it is also about service don't judge all for bad service! I can tell you it is a great job but it does need a lot of compromise and team work.
