If you look at a color wheel, the color opposite of blue is the color that will bring them out most. In this case, it is orange. Orange can be a bit scary, but things that are orange toned will work really well; for example bronze, copper, terracotta, shades of that nature, not to mention that gold will look nice, as will burgundy (the red tones in it will make the blue stand out), and darker shades like black, gunmetal grey, deep brown, navy blue, etc, will draw attention to how light your eyes are. If you want brighter colors, orange obviously will look good, as will shades of blue =)

I have blue eyes, and like Hannah said, I use a lot of oranges, coppers, and Browns. You can also use deep shades of blue (not baby) and deep purples look beautiful!
