But since I have so many neutral pallets already I have all the naked pallets I was wondering if there might be one with more jewel tones?

The Vice 3 palette by Urban Decay. I know some ladies aren't crazy about it but I love mine. There are some perfect neutrals for blending, and the jewel tones are to die for. They have reds, purples, blues, greens, gold, and the white shade "Bobby Dazzle" is what I reach for every time I do an inner eye highlight.
