I only use drugstore products for now and I recommend the salon perfect brow kit, comes with everything you need. I got mine from Wal-Mart.

I really like using a matte eyeshadow for my eyebrows. I've heard Anastasia brow pencils are great!

Anastasia is the best! I love the brow wiz but I go through them so often that I've switched to Sephora's version, which is cheaper and pretty much the same product aside from the brush, which doesn't matter if you have a good spoolie. I also have been really liking her dip brow pomade ($18 but lasts forever) with a little bit of the nyx eyebrow cake powder.
