If your hair is frizzy, try Aragon oil, it smooths it and makes it shiny.

My mom has hair like yours and she likes to grow it out and straighten it. But you have beautiful hair!

Curly hair! Yay! Curly hair is so special so totally make sure that you keep it moisturized so that you can avoid frizz. You can do this by making sure you only shampoo a few days a week with a sulfate free shampoo and lavishing over hydrating conditioners and deep conditioning treatments. :) I personally love the Sheamoisture brand, it contains great ingredients like Shea butter to help lock in moisture, coconut and olive oil for moisture, etc. a lot of companies make sample packets of their products for you to try so test those out the next time you're at Sally's! It's well worth it :)

You can definitely use pure coconut or olive oil in your hair, too! These are popular oils, but argan oil is also great too! Just make sure you are careful with the amount of oil you use, because more oil can make you look greasy. Yuck!

For styling, brands like deva curl have amazing gels and creams for specific curl patterns. I love their ultra hold gel. Marc Anthony also has some awesome products, like their curl cream :)

And about growing out your hair, there's a lot of speculation about what actually works. Massaging your scalp can "possibly" help stimulate your hair follicles and help grow it, but honestly you're not going to see extreme growth from doing that. Barrer of bad news! :( hair growth is genetic and the rate it grows is not something you can speed up. But if you take care of your curls they will look beautiful as you grow them out! Good luck!! xoxo
