Has anybody tried any of them? I've been eyeing them for a while, the ingredients look good and there's nothing to harsh in them, but I find the body shop products are hit and miss. Almoat all the travel sized ones are on sale right now, and I'm going to Cuba in a few weeks so I need a good decent priced travel sized shampoo and conditioner for thick dry hair. Any other suggestions are welcome to :)

I've never tried them but I have the same hair type that you do and I definitely recommend trying to figure out which of the lines will be most hydrating. I agree though that the Body Shop products aren't always good...maybe buy multiple travel sized versions of the set you want and use one of the sets while you're home, so you can see how it works on your hair, return them if you don't like them, and have time to buy new ones also :)

I was thinking of doing something like that. I was just hoping someone here uses them lol. They're 5$ right now for both travel sized shampoo and conditioner. They have the rainforest moisture line that has good ratings on the shampoo but not the conditioner so I might have to mix and match.

Nothing wrong with mixing and matching! Maybe I'll try some, too, just for fun :)

I really hope the banana one is good. I love the smell of Banana, and the reviews all say it smells like a banana smoothie lol. I'd love for my hair to smell like a smoothie. The other ones apparently smell woodsy which is also nice lol.

Ooh good to know :) if you don't want to take a risk you can try the travel versions of the Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging line (I know it's anti aging...I'm not convinced that's relevant). I love it, it makes my hair super shiny and soft with minimal effort. So that's another thought :)

I was thinking about that too. Sephora has some travel sets for about 30/40$ and they come with shampoo, conditioner, a mask and hairspray or a serum and hair spray. Have you tried the bamboo you've protection ones? I'm going to Cuba and it'll be much (aroubd 30+ degrees) warmer than where I am so the sun is a much higher concern there. It's the only hair product I see that has you've protection. But if I don't like the body shop ones I'll definitely get a set from sephora, I've tried the caviar ones and the living proof series. And they were really nice. Pricy and very hard to get in my local sephora but they were really nice. I'm glad sephora has travel sets. So much easier lol.

I've used the Alterna UV mask, and I LOOOVE it. God this might be my favorite mask. It's so awesome. It's light and hydrating without being heavy, it doesn't make your hair greasy and it's so good for color. Oooh I'm waiting for the opportunity to repurchase this again.

You might have sold me on it lol. They have this set that is decently priced and would be great to bring. I don't know if my sephora will have it though, the app isn't working right now lol. Hopefully they do, I'll pick up this and a few body shop ones this week and use the body shop ones before I leave and after and bring this to Cuba.
Thanks for the help hannah :)

Yessss it definitely did :) and for 32$ (cheaper for you though lol) it's for sure coming with me for traveling. I don't travel lots, this is my first time leaving north America, so I'm excited but packing is a nightmare, so much anxiety over what's going into my suitcase lol.

Yeah here it's $26...I'm actually very lucky and ended up taking an excessive amount of trips this year...something like 15 since April, not including weekends I've driven to different places. I totally understand! Even with the amount of traveling that I do, I hardly ever know what to pack.
