So I'm 13 and recently I've been breaking out with pimples on my forehead nose and chin. I never have had acne. I have been a little less clean if that matters since it's the holidays. what should I do to treat my acne?

Well I got pimples bad right now... You have to keep your face clean bc if you don't they get worse.. Don't pop them that makes them come back and multiply. I am going to a dermatologist mine is so bad. But, you don't have to. You should start using products that agree with your face.
