I took advantage of american Apparel's 25% sale and got a few nice staples for my closet, corduroy circle skirt, striped tees, and a pair of easy jeans. however I got a white unisex v neck that has a bit of a deeper v, and it actually looks decent on me. I like how it looks with leggings , but any other ideas as to how to style this?

Oh, I love those shirts! I honestly wear them with everything. Jeans and a sweater, shorts in the summer, colored jeans, colored leggings, that corduroy skirt you mentioned, I'd probably wear it with jeans and a leather jacket and such, also. The nice thing about plain white t shirts is that they seriously go with absolutely everything.
