Put a dab of oil (like rapeseed oil) on your cuticles every night before going to bed and they should grow long quite fast. The oil will also make them strong. ;)

You can buy a nail growth polish :) Sally Hansen makes one, you'll notice a difference in the first week. This stuff is super useful. :?

I use Sally Hansen miracle growth polish :). It's made a huge difference to my nails as you can see :D.
