Go natural with the makeup. I would wear my hair in a bun or loose waves. For the outfit go with pants, not jeans, a nice blouse, blazer and some flats.

I think false eyelashes would be too much. I've noticed Starbucks employees are mostly natural.

Excuse my hair and the lighting, I also couldn't find any slacks that weren't covered in ice cream (I previously worked at a Dairy Queen and they smell like grease) so I'm just wearing dark jeans, I also have lighter ones if you think they would pair better with any of these outfits

I don't know I'm not great at putting outfits together and as for the hair, my hair doesn't really stay wavy or curly when I try to curl it, so I don't know what I would do about that one.
