Drink A LOT of water. Eat healthy (fruits and vegatables) and stop eating junk food if you do this. The differance is HUGE!

But if your hair is dead now (I don't know if it is) it will not really change that... You vould always just cut it off and grow it back but take really good care of it from the start. I don't know if that is what you want though.

Talk to your dr about taking omega 3, it'll help with your hair a lot as well as skin, or eat foods with a lot of omega 3
