Included : the light, the Polish remover, the nail cleanser, prep coat, base coat, a red polish, top coat and finally a really nice cuticle oil.
I didn't use the red polish my kit came with, instead I used a Sally Hansen Gel polish called Cherry Cherry Bang Bang, I love that the color of the dried polish actually matches the box it came in. A lot of times with gel polish I find that the color is usually a shade lighter or darker than what it shows on the packaging (so that was a big plus)
Anyway, it was super easy and quick to do. Including trimming and shaping my nails my entire mani took about 25 minutes. :) Here are my results... Really excited to see if it lasts the 14 days it's supposed to.

Looks great! I do my own gel nails too and a tip is make sure you apply very thin coats of the polish even tho it might look ugly at first, and to make sure your cuticles and pushed all the way back so they won't peel off, and make sure to paint the free edge of your nails! Great job for your first time!!

Rachel, thanks for the tips! Do you have a favorite brand of gel polish? I'm thinking about going on a gelish spree, but not sure.
