Ok so I'm wearing a lace dress from garage (it's all black goes down to my knees has a sweetheart neckline) and I was wondering if there were any makeup/hairstyles I could do with it... Help!

It's hard to pass up the opportunity for a red lip when wearing black! I'm a PMUA and I tend to lean towards a red lip OR, if your skin tone allows you to do purple, you could try something like this pic. That would lovely as well.
