I think a simple eye with just mascara& winged liner, and a lipstick color you like (red, mauve, etc) would look classy& pretty :)

I agree with the ladies but if you're going to be going to be going to dinner or out to eat I would suggest a lip stain

Only do the winged liner if you feel comfortable with it. Nothing worse than getting nervous before a date and having crazy eyeliner problems. With your eye shape, I'd do a smokey eye, focusing on the outer corner, blending upward. You could tie that into an eyeliner wing as well.
