Hi Sinéad, your thread wasn't deleted it was actually moved, because threads of that nature belong in the "Intros and Promotions" section. If your threads aren't posted in the Intros section, they run the risk of being deleted. It's important to correctly categorize threads so that each thread can get answered =)

HOWEVER, if you would like opinions on your looks, you may post the pictures here, with a list of products or a question, and without the references to your facebook page.

I didn't actually mention my Facebook page I just wanted feedback on my look?? So I don't post it in makeup then even though it is a makeup look?

It's a fine line, I understand that it's a bit confusing but it's better to just post your look with a list of products or a question, as opposed to mentioning your facebook page. In addition, in this specific question, you also asked if you should start doing tutorials, which is another thing that does absolutely belong in the Intros and Promo section. I promise that your threads aren't being needlessly deleted, we're just adhering to the rules set forward by Beautylish.
