It sounds like hormonal acne to me, which is by far the hardest to get rid of. I would probably try diluted tea tree oil as a spot treatment though :] it has worked wonders for my skin personally

Hormonal acne is the worst!! Really frustrating. Although it can't be prevented I agree with Renay T. Tea tree oil is your best friend when it comes to on the spot treatment. Works a treat :)
