I Google and research everythinggggg. I guess I'm a review junkie lol but one thing that kept popping up in these cod liver oil reviews was skin improvements.
So I cleansed my face and took a picture and went to bed. when I woke and had breakfast along with my cod liver oil capsule.
I have alooooot of acne scarring which I'm aiming to get rid of in the next few months but ooooohhh myyyyy godddd
I seen results THE NEXT DAY.
I had taken this on Thursday night before I had taken anything and this is how my skin looked...

The texture of my skin has improved so much! and as much as my skin still looks horrible...believe it or not but that's only acne scarring. My breakouts have completely left.

Well the picture is after 3 days of taking the capsule. I started taking them on Friday, forgot to take one on saturday and took one on Sunday and Monday morning.

I'm not too sure! I don't take any other medication so I have no idea. Talk to your doctor and find out but I'd say there's no issue?

I purchased mine at Holland & Barrett and for a bottle of?60 capsules it cost me?4.99! I'm pretty sure you can get these at most drug stores and even supermarkets (:

Are you taking the capsules orally, or breaking them open and rubbing the oil on your skin? Your skin looks great! Such an improvement. I have some scarring too from being on the wrong kind of birth control.

Be careful taking these if you have low blood pressure, any clotting disorders, or are pregnant or nursing. Always talk to a doctor before starting any new supplements to be sure.
