How do I do the perfect eyebrows with eyeshadow or an eyebrow pe cil?

I can't seem to get the perfect eyebrows! mine seem to look like this all the time :/

Don't use your pencil on the inner part of your eyebrows, it will make it look harsh like that. Instead, use your eyebrow pencil to fill in places that are sparse and use a light hand, then set it with your eyebrow eyeshadow and use the eyeshadow for the inner part using a really light hand. You may want to use a lighter shade too.
