Waxing Bumps On My Face.

I just got my face waxed, and the bumps have come! I tried ice and Aloe Vera but there are these big persistent clusters along my cheekbones. I'm not looking for concealer, just a way to make them go away.

I get similar bumps on my brow bone after threading. I like to exfoliate gently and use an alcohol free witch hazel. If they are pretty bad I'm sure a cortisone cream would help as well.
