Try true blend as a foundation with makeup sponges but don't go overboard get a shimmery nude eyeshadow like Sand from Milani a cream blush like the maybelline bouncy blushes and one of the reckon lip butters

Maybe a bb cream or tinted moisturizer and a setting powder I recommend cover girls clean powder. Elf blushes are great and cheap, the NYC bronzer is also great and cheap. For eyeshadow a shimmery champagne color, there's tons of cheap palettes at the drugstore. And for lips I recommend revlon lip butters. For mascara wet n wild has an amazing cheap one called mega length. Wet n wild also has great blush. Hope I helped

Since you're a first time makeup buyer, I would start with the bare minimum. You don't need too many products on your face. I recommend a BB cream for coverage and to ENHANCE your natural features, not cover them up completely. You could try the Maybelline Dream Fresh. I like to fill in my eyebrows for definition, so you can buy a product for that, but it's not necessary. One eyeshadow palette might be nice, but I don't think that you have to wear it for everyday use. For eyes, a good mascara and eyeliner would be good. Maybelline has amazing Mascaras and eyeliners. For cheeks, a natural blush. Covergirl has really good blushes for $3 each. The last thing is lips. I recommend a moisturizing lip product that is tinted slightly. For that, Babylips by Maybelline.
