I recently purchased Loreal True Match foundation after hearing endless Youtubers raving about it, I have acne scarred skin and still some spots, how can I apply this foundation to make it full coverage without being cakey?

I agree with Janelle!

Also try applying it with a brush so you don't wipe off extra product with your hands.

My foundation usually looks better when I do it with my hands.. I do as Janelle said. Only I use true match lumi. Then a matte powder.

I agree you can always just do another layer to build up the coverage however Loreal True Match isn't full coverage and if you apply too many layers it will just look cakey. I love this foundation but if you want full coverage then I would choose a different foundation.

Just use concealer to achieve that, otherwise I agree with Janelle.

You got to color correct first then you can do the rest..or else the scarred parts of your skin are going to stick out threw out the day:(

Use a paddle or flat top brush to layer first later. Then use stippling brush to apply more layers or to areas that need more coverage.
If my foundation gets too cakey I always go over it with a clean damp cosmetic wedge

Use a primer for sure to even out skin. Damp beauty blender then use a concealer for spots or stipple a bit extra over them.
