I've looked on YouTube and had no luck finding a solution for my dark circles. I use concealer but it only seems to make it look darker. I don't need foundation since my skin is pretty good. Is foundation needed to fix dark circles? Let me know any ideas you might have to help me!

You need a salmon colored concealer to cancel out the blue/purple color.

Use Mac's Prep and Prime stick in 'Peach Lustre' before putting on your concealer to help even out your skintone. And make sure the concealer you're using is a shade or two lighter than your actual skintone to brighten up the area.
