I have and I like it, I'd suggesting heating it for a bit in the microwave and leaving it sit in your hair for a while for best results

Never tried it! I used bleach to ombre my hair and I just use a DIY hair mask. Good luck!

That's my favorite stuff! It makes my hair so soft and tangle free! And the smell is great too. I use the blue conditioner like this one from this line and it's good too.
