What are some good inexpensive gel liners?

I have Maybelline eye studio in blackest black and let's just say I hate it! It's too thick and has the nerve to run! It is hard to take off but it doesn't seem to work well for me! I have only got it to work right a few times! What are some good liners for winged liner?

Wet n wild the Fergie edition is a really good inexpensive liner. Inglot is good as well.

I always wear the ELF gel eyeliner and people always mistake it for the MUFE gel liner. It's like three dollars are super pigmented!

I have heard the essence gel eyeliner is good. I have the gel stick version, and I like it. its also very affordable. :)

Elf gel eyeliner is the best I've ever tried its $3 and it comes with a mini angled brush
