I really like Russian red! It's my go to red and it's super matte but not drying on my lips at all

Ruby Woo is a great shade as Aru made mention for Indian skin tones. I'm not Indian but I have a yellow undertone and it compliments my skin perfectly.

There is also relentlessly red, also by MAC, that has a orangey pink tinge to it.
