Would Almay cc luminous primer, maybelline baby skin or Clinique primer work? I have those on hand already, and also a Napoleon perdis brightening primer?

A matte primer would work to help set the foundation. If you use the maybelline baby skin that will cause the foundation to slip and luminous primer only enhance the dewy finish and sometimes can also glide it off as well.
