Hey girls, I want your opinion on something. Let me start by saying I'm not what most would consider a "Country Girl" I'm not from the south, I wasn't raised on a farm, I haven't been riding horses my whole life. With that being said, I LOVE that country western style. I always wear those Rhinestone jeans, flannels, and occasionally camo. I want to get a camo Under Armor hoodie and its a lot of money to spend. And I don't want people thinking I'm trying to be something that I'm not. Opinions??

Just wear what you want. I wear more of a city style but where I live people do more of the beach look or southern look. It's whatever.

I love camo, there's days that I dress "country" and there's days that I dress more city like. I was born and raised in the country. I consider myself both a city girl and country girl. I believe it's fine if you're from the city but love country style clothing.. besides it's just clothing. I don't think you're trying to be something you're not. It's perfectly fine hun. (:

No matter what someone is always going to judge you. So just do you and wear whatever you would like to wear! As long as you feel good about yourself that's all that matters (:

Thank you!! (: ^^

In my opinion, buying clothing you enjoy regardless of style is being yourself. Conforming your style preferences to fit the "city" stereotype or ANY stereotype would be trying to be something you're not. As long as you don't stick yourself to the country label then all you're doing is wearing clothing you like and if people actually bug you about it pity them for being so feeble minded ;)
