Agree on blending, the color is packed on and needs to be blended so that it gradually gets lighter

Yes blending is super important! When you start making YouTube videos make sure you blend! Good luck with your videos, I think that's wonderful that you want to do that 😊

Ur super cute and you obviously know how to put on eyeliner with a steady hand so that's a plus. I can never get the hang of that! But yeah the blending thing. Buying a blending brush was my best ever makeup purchase. (Sonia Kashuuk at Target makes a smashing one for under $20) Check out EnKORE Makeup tutorials on youtube to learn how to blend. He does every technique. Also Wayne Goss on youtube is a master of the windshield wiper motion that will help tie your contour color to your base color. A light hand with the product is the best way to start. Here's a challenge: try to put on makeup so that it looks as much like you as possible. Start with colors that are very close to your natural skin tones, matte browns, etc. Try to fool your mom or your siblings. When you can do that, you can just apply all the same techniques to bolder colors. That's what I did starting out and it was a big help to learn the techniques. It's not the only way to learn, of course, but it worked for me.

There is a super cheap version "sonia kashuuk core tools" of the brush for 3.99 as well, but the handle isn't as nice and some have complained that it loses its shape after shampooing. Definitely not the case with the more expensive Kashuuk tools brush. I've had it five years or so and it's still in great shape. The Kahshuuk Tools domed shadow brush is another blending brush, that I've had my eye on...http://soniakashuk.com/large-domed-eye-shadow-brush-no-20/

Not quite as tapered as my beloved Kashuuk tools brush (sadly discontinued), closer to the MAC 224, more domed, than pointed, but still a winner:

I like the idea but it needs to be blended out a lot! The line where your eyeshadow ends is way too harsh and it should be most intense on the lid and fade out above the crease! It is a very nice look though :)
