Hello! My hair was really long and now not only it looks a lot shorter it's been shedding a lot 😱😱😱😱 all day everyday long long pieces of hair just come out and it's bugging me. does this happen to anyone? Someone please help ðŸ˜˜

Look at the root of three shedded hair. If you see the tiny white bulb then it's normal. Hair always shed which is Okay. But if you see damage hair that does not have that white bulb on either end of the shedded hair then it could be breakage from excessive heat, your hair needs moisture, or too much protein in your hair. It can be numerous of reason love. But know that it is normal that hair shed to a certain extent. If you feel that you're losing a large amount of hair then I suggest you seek medical attention to check your thyroid etc.
