But to answer your question. Lorac pro palletes are good and are 42$. I also really like the chocolate bar palette which 49$. For concealer I like maybelline age rewind for under eyes and fit me for blemishes. For lipsticks I really love the wet n wild mega last line and revlon lipsticks.

The maybelline fit me concealer is probably my favorite. And for eyeliner I recommend the nyx gel eyeliner.

Mascara- I really like my cover girl mascaras (: I also really like the great lash lots of lashes!
Eyeshadow- I would invest in a nice palette to add to your collection (: I recommend the urban decay ones! If you want a drugstore alternative, I really like the almay trios
Lipgloss/lipsticks- I think everybody should own at least 1 Mac lipstick! I like rebel by Mac, but they have many other colors as well (: for a drugstore alternative, the revlon lip butters work nicely!
Eyeliner- I am IN LOVE with my physicians formula eyeliner! Another alternative is the Urban Decay glide on pencils which I've added to my Christmas wish list (:
Concealer- maybelline instant age rewind is nice or the loreal visible lift!
Primer- DEFINITELY THE BAREVITAMINS PRIME TIME! (:
