I like the loreal infallible gel liner. It's no the best since it's the only gel liner I've used, but it's decent for it's price.

Rimmek Scandal Eyes, from the ones I have tried. I've heard Inglot gel liner is the best.

I just bought the iglot one as well. You should definitely give it a try it's amazing and so black. Plus it's only 12$!
