I wouldnt go with those boots. converse in white would be alright or even all white vans. have fun!

Personally, I would definitely not wear converse with that. They really aren't the same style. I think some kind of sandals would look best with dewy, feminine makeup, but boots would be okay also, if you wanted to go for like a girly-grundge look with dark smokey makeup.
