Can you use cream blush with powder foundation?

I used to use a liquid foundation and a cream blush but have recently changed to a powder foundation. Can I use a cream blush with it? And if so would it be before or after? Thanks in advance.

Before, creams don't sit as well ontop of powders usually :)

You can experiment with applying the cream blush, let it set for a minute or two, then lightly dust your powder on over the blush. Depending on how much powder you use, you may get a really pretty, flush that looks like its coming from within your skin..

Thanks so much you guys, I am going to try it underneath and experiment with how dark or light it needs to be :)
