100% pure coconut oil! I put it on at night, with a plastic shower cap& in the morning just shampoo your hair twice so its all gone, put conditioner on, etc, and your hair's going to be shiny and soft and less frizzy :) I have curly hair and it makes it look so much better then when I don't use it! :)

Egg yokes , they have lots of protein in them and it can help your hair grow faster but when you wash it out be careful to remember to use warm or cold water and not hot because the hot water will cook the eggs in your hair and it is a pain to get out.

Blended over-rips bananas and avocados with coconut oil (if you don't have a blender baby food versions work too).
