Start from the end of your eye going towards the inside halfway, then start from the inside & finish it.

I usually do the wing last. so line your lid usn the lash line as a guide, thn make it thicker if like. do the wings last and I just flick it, if tht make sense.

Doing a wingliner is a challenge lol for real. Every time I do it. I take a deep breath and I'm fully concentrating doing my eyeliner. I do the method what gisell has mentioned

What I like doing is just lining my eyes without the wing, to make sure both sides are equal (start out super thin, and it you make mistakes use a slightly damp qtip) then when that's even, start doing the wings, I like to make 2 lines where the bottom of the wings will be, make sure those lines are equal, then fill the tops on the lines in and it should be super easy to get that even :) hope I helped!

Join the dots! put one dot on your outer corner, one in the middle and near your inner corner then slowly and steadily "Join the dots" with the wing, just do a small or big line (whatever you want) and just have a damp qtip handy.
