Nude list from Maybelline is great. It's not a concealer look it actually looks quite natural. (I'm not saying that looks bad, I just can't pull it off) it's only about $5 so you aren't wasting a lot if you don't like it

Oh and it has a kind of sheen, glossy finish and it's definitely not drying.

I'm more of spending big bucks on eyeshadow and foundation rather than lippies but thats my personal opinion(:

Urban Decay Revolution lipsticks. Super creamy and pigmented. Nyx Butter Lipstick, Tarte.
I also am really loving one of Estee Lauder's pure color envy lipsticks. I am definitely not a fan of the others, the pure color shimmer I think it is, because they smell awful to me. But the pure color envy ones are creamy and don't smell bad and they are nicely pigmented. They're the ones in the all navy tube, not the clear base/gold tube. They are pricey but I would have never thought I'd like it so much until I was lucky enough to be gifted one.
And this last one isn't technically a lipstick but it's a lip color lol. The Revlon kissable balm stains are honestly one of my favorite drugstore products ever. I actually put two on my Christmas list this year lol. They are pigmented and last forever but aren't super drying. I reapply once a day if that. And that's usually only after I've eaten. That and my lips are usually dry and sometimes it will look a little gross but I honestly think it's just me and my lips lmao. I have all the lip balm in the world and still don't hydrate them enough, go figure lol

Too Faced Le Creme Color Drenched lip cream - they're in a gold tube. They have some good nude shades, and they have a lot of moisturizing ingredients in them, and leave your lips with a glossy shine. A tad pricy though. I'm not one for spending a lot of money on lipstick, since it usually wears off quicker (and cheap ones can work just as well) and prefer splurging on other things. Good cheap lippies are butter lipsticks from Revlon and NYX, butter glosses from NYX, and Maybelline Color Whispers. All are pigmented pretty well and have some good shades that you're looking for :)
