I just bought the star studded palette yesterday, and I'm in LOVE. Any tips or tricks to make the shadows look more pigmented?
Really simple look today, I used that palette, Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, Laura Mercier supreme moisture foundation, bare minerals blush, Smashbox Contour Kit, and Mac Rebel.

Wow, you did really good! You're skin is so prefect. Is the Smashbox Contour Kit a good product for contouring?

Adahli, thanks so much! I use Anastasia DipBrow (of course, who doesn't these days) in Soft Brown :)

Nikki, I love the Smashbox kit, it comes with a contour powder, bronzer, and highlighter, but I really only use the contour powder lol. I'm eyeing the Kevyn aucoin sculpting powder though!

Alexis, it depends on the finish of the shadow, I found the shimmery ones were more pigmented than the matte ones, but honestly they all pay off beautifully, even if you need to build them up.

It looks really good, if you want to make a shadow more pigmented, I suggest either just even out the skin on your lids and then priming them, or using a white base like a jumbo pencil or something. Now as for tips in general, one thing I see is that the shadow on your right eye, which is left looking at the picture, comes to a more drastic point whereas the other is soft and rounded. To fix that I suggest blending a little more evenly and at a similar angle.

Overall you look gorgeous!!:))))
