So to bleach, I'd just need developer and this flash lift stuff? & the vivids stuff is just dye, or stuff that I mix with something else?

To my knowledge, Pravana Vivids is just dye, and the flash lift is mixed with developer to lighten your hair, and Joico's products are for color preserving/ toning platinum hair (at least the ones I heard of)
