I really love crazy lipstick colors! I highly recommend the Maybelline color whispers if you're just dipping your toes in, they can be sheer or be built up to more full color, and when you feel good with those, the Maybelline Vivids line is to die for! I also love Milani's lipsticks, Wet n Wild's, L'Oreal's and Revlon's. Not a lot of experience with CoverGirl, Almay, or Neutrogena.

I have felt this way too about myself. Recently I have just been doing my eyelashes and avoiding eye liner. For the extra something I've been using two blushes: a medium pink, and almost a contour color. I love a dark nude lip and mauve colored lipstick (mate finish). Defiantly try dramatizing your eyelashes and add a tan eyeliner to your eye. I love this kind of look. It's very clean looking

Ooo I own essentially all of tartes lipsurgence lines and a variety of all of the brands you mentioned, I'm just not sure what colors look good on me so I generally just stick to a nude and a red or berry if I'm feeling bold.

And vanessa, I just bought milanis xL bronzer that's like half bronzer and half highlighter and have been experimenting with contouring as well. I'm looking into more outgoing blush colors then just a natural matte rose though I just bought red vino in the milani baked blushes line (intensely pigmented dark pink/red with gold shimmer) that I found looks good on me when buffed out, but colors like bright pink don't.
