try places like kohls for scarves and sweaters , they actually have a ton of cute stuff. Leggings you can find almost anywhere, along with beanies.

Check out your local mall and see what they have. Just walk into a random store and find the pieces you want. Your style will be much more unique and pretty and who cares about a specific brand name? But if you plan on going around for specific stores I suggest Pacsun, Tilly's, Cotton On, and A'Gaci. They should have the clothes you're looking for. And this might be a weird suggestion but also chdck out Target. At Target the boots and jackets are pretty cheap so you can get a bunch of cute stuff to help you accessorize.

Mmmmm h&m, rue21 Marshall's, Aeropostale, hollister & Burlington are places I find stuff like that other than the stores you mentioned.
