So my friend gave me her coach cross body bag today ( she has a newer one now) the one she gave me has what appears to be gum marks inside the front pocket of the purse. The pocket is sown to the body of the bag so I can't pull the pocket out of the purse. I already tried scrubbing inside the pocket with water and alcohol wipes but that didint work. The marks look pretty old, not sticky at all, just white spots. Any ideas on how I remove the marks? Thanks!

I know this sounds strange but to get gum out of hair you put peanut butter on it. might work?

I've heard freezing the area with ice hardens it and kinda makes it "breakable" and easy to chip away

Sounds weird but try running it with a fabric softener dryer sheet (don't wet it).

I read online that if you mix dish soap and vinegar it might take out the gum residue

Just take it to the Coach store if there is one in your city. They can send it out free of charge to clean it for you.

From my knowledge, coach doesn't send bags off for cleaning anymore since they started selling the cleaner in store. I know they do send offs for damages though. This could've changed though...I haven't worked there in 4 years!
