Hunter boots in the winter.

I really like the look of hunter boots and I'm wondering if anyone has them and can tell me how they are in the winter. Are they really slippery in the snow? Are they cold? I'll be wearing these boots in the city walking no more than 10 minutes to my office.

I've got a pair of classic green ones,the grip is good but as there wellies there still cold but nothing a thick pair of socks and wellie warmers won't fix

Theyre very cold but they have those special socks you can get for winter.

I have pink hunters and they're are cold. So you need socks.
