I'm thinking about getting a lip filler injection to make my lips pout a bit more. I would be getting it done by a professional botox lady and just wondered on your thoughts/opinions/experiences?? Thanks :)

You could just try an amazing lip plumper instead of the commitment of Botox.

When it comes to body modifications... To each their own. So if thats what you want and like, I'm all for it. However I do suggest starting slow because lips can easily look very exagerrated and unnatural. Also, I would do extensive research on the company or doctor. Just because... It's your face and it would suck fo mess it up! Good luck :)

I would say plumping oils or glosses. There are also tutorials on YouTube on how to naturally plump your lips.

I second Lara. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE PERSON PERFORMIMG THE PROCEDURE. Botox is a toxin, that comes from a bacteria that causes a life threatening disease called botulinum. You can google it if you don't believe me, but the ID50 of the bacteria is.02, meaning you only need a very tiny bit for it to be fatal or disease causing. One wrong move and it could be in your body, in your bloodstream. Not worth it for plump lips. I would recommend Sexy Mother Pucker lipglosses, they do the job.

I bought a clay lip plumper tool. If you have Instagram , you can follow them. They are called "Liptifuls" work great for plumping & only cost about $20. You can buy them on etsy also. & they come in super cute designs these are the 2 I've bought

Just research the person you see! I'm all for it.

I say if you do all the appropriate research and educate yourself before doing the procedure than go for it. I'm personally not against any cosmetic procedures, but I will say that if you're doing it for a very minor pout than using a product could save you money since the difference is minor.

Also be warned, that your lips are going to be super oversized at first because of the natural swelling that occurs when you inject anything into your skin. So you may not want to PLAN on going out for a few days afterwards.
