So, I have blue eyes with a greytone, should I use warm or cool eyeshadows?

You can use any that you'd like, but if you want to make your eyes pop then Browns usually do the job.

You can use both but warmer color will bring your eyes more out.. brown dark grey.. dark purple blue

I think warm or cool would look good on your eyes. Warm color (which is the opposite of your eye color) would offer more contrast while cool colors are more tonal with your eye color but can still make your eyes pop as long as the color is not brighter than your eye color. I like a dove or medium gray color for your eyes.

Both. Both is good. Warm and cool will work. Warm will compliment your hair and be a nice contrast to the blue, and cool will work with your fair skin. You have such bright blue eyes! My mom-ish instinct is to say natural browns to enhance the shape and contour of your eyes. Let their natural color and beauty stand on their own!
