What is the best cream/gel eyeliner that is waterproof and won't smudge?

I think the Essence gel liner is really waterproof. It stays on through my emotional breakdowns bahaha :) I know a lot of people have also had success with Bobbi Brown gel liners!

In my experience hands down its mufe aqua black creme shadow its my hg I have very runny eyes and it is the only product that stays put on me I do love mac fluidline tho so I will sometimes layer those over the top of this (:

I always use my Rimmel kohl in black, dipped in maybeline gel liner and with that combo, it doesn't move all day, no smudging!

I heard Anastasia Beverly Hills has a new water proof gel liner, it's not at sephora yet. I'm still waiting. I use inglot gel liner #77 and it's works well

I use Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner...have been for several years and it survives hot humid Florida and misty chilly winters...no smudging whatsoever.
