I hate the length it's at. it's blunt and annoying, so How should I layer it? I'M the girl in the green sweater.

Decide how where you want your shortest layer to be and then tell your hairdresser. Be sure to be VERY clear where you want your SHORTEST layer to be and that you don't want to take a lot of length off the bottom

The V cut in the back is always nice and you could always add a bit of layers
