Your skin looks really oily from what I can tell. You may want to invest in oil blotting sheets because oil sitting on your face for hours can produce pimples. Also to clear up current ones, I'd use a face wash with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (benzoyl peroxide can bleach clothes and don't get one with a high percentage or it can dry your skin out to much) I can't recommend any because I don't know what all is available in India.
