I've actually seen the design of the scarf at Wal-Mart, it wasn't cotton or anything though, it was a somewhat silky kind of fabric.

Definitely Walmart. I was there last night (Alberta) and I bought a black and white one same pattern. They had tons of them in different colors. Not silk, the thick winter scarves :)
