I really like the Boots No 7 Lift and Luminate foundation. It is a really beautiful finish- not too shiny but very "skin" like and gives a nice glow while still delivering great coverage. It's about 13-14 dollars at Target. I bought it because I forgot my makeup bag on a weekend trip and I was impressed by it.

I usually stick to high end foundations in worry of damaging my skin or just put on no foundation if I forget but like Jenni said the Boots no 7 Lift and Luminate foundation is really good. It delivers full coverage and it doesn't feel greasy on my skin or anything.
