I get really dry lips during winter and Chapstick doesn't seem to work for me. Any suggestions on a good lip treatment?

Mix one part sugar and one part olive oil. Rib in circular motions on your lips. After doing so for about 30 seconds or so, rinse off and apply Vaseline or a good lip balm

Blistex medicated ointment. It will sting when u first put it on but it WORKS
